Buffalo Veterinary Group is currently seeking two full time associates. One for ourLewiston Animal Hospital, and another for our Grand Island Animal Hospital. We are a group of five privately-owned AAHA-certified hospitals located in suburban Buffalo, NY. Two of our hospitals are open 24-hours for urgent and emergent care. This allows for comprehensive patient care and diversity in caseload.
The ideal candidate practices high quality medicine, is patient and personable, and communicates well with clients. It is also important to be self-motivated and eager to increase your knowledge. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills are invaluable. This is an ideal position for a new graduate, as we will mentor you and provide the direct support needed to allow you to grow your medical and surgical skills.
Our facilities are equipped with full in-house Idexx laboratory equipment, digital x-ray and digital dental, ultrasound, surgical and therapeutic laser, ocular tonometry, sevoflurane anesthesia, blood products, acupuncture, a complete pharmacy and Impromed Infinity computer software. In the Spring, our central emergency hospital will have a CT that all of our doctors will have concierge access for their patients.
