We won’t compromise our values of personal touch and face time, so we have turned down a lot of new visits. Adding another doctor will help us serve more patients and increase our reach. Influence the way the new space is used – The evolution of the practice has provided Brady with an opportunity to decide how the previously used large-animal space should be used. As a member of the team, you’d have the ability to influence how the space should be used and use it to help grow your own professional career.
