We are located about 15 miles off the beaches of North Carolina, about an hour north of Myrtle Beach and only 30 minutes from Wilmington, North Carolina giving you both access to the city and the quality of life of a small beach town.
Our hospital opened its doors in 1975 to provide our local community with small animal veterinary care. We have a long-standing relationship with our community here at our hospital where our staff remembers clients and their pets like family. We offer the best general practice medicine by providing thorough exams, client education, preventative care, as well as dental care. We have a well-rounded team each with unique qualities to provide the most efficient and fun day to day functions.

Requirements:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of North Carolina
Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members
Respect for and willingness to work with clients and their pets
Compassionate team player who can uphold great reputation with clients
A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine, upholding the veterinary code of ethics
Proficiency in surgery a plus
