We are looking for a caring, motivated, personable veterinarian desiring to practice quality medicine and surgery. Carbon Valley Animal Hospital is AAHA accredited and is a very busy small animal practice with loyal clientele in beautiful and growing Firestone, Colorado, and are adding another veterinarian. The primary purpose of our practice is to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care to our patients and to offer excellent client service to our clients.
Our practice routinely workup and treat many challenging medicine, surgery and dental cases. Life-work blance is extemely important and supportive at our hospital! We have an amazing team of well trained support staff. We strive to provide caring, competitive and cutting edge care and maintain a robust well-care program.Our diagnostic capabilities include digital radiography, ultrasound, ECG, BP, SPO2 and a full suite in house lab with the IDEXX Procyte, IDEXX Catalyst, Vetscan UA, I-Stat, and Coag Analyzer, Therapeutic class IV laser.

Our new associate will be responsible for wellness appointments, diagnosing and managing both the acute and chronic conditions, general surgery- spays, neuters and mass removal, foreign bodies and wound repair, and routine dentals with extractions.

About Carbon Valley Animal Hospital
Carbon Valley Animal Hospital is an AAHA accredited, thriving small animal general practice. Our amenities include 4,500 SF hospital and kennel, surgical suite, separate dental suite, digital radiography, digital dental x-rays, therapy laser, ultrasound, tonopen, doppler blood pressure, monitoring equipment, full Idexx in-house lab, fluid pumps, syringe pump. We are paperless practice, using Cornerstone software. We promote a family atmosphere, open Mon-Fri 8-6 and Sat 9-12 and closed on Sundays. We do our best to provide quality medical care to pets in a friendly home-town animal hospital. Doctor's schedules are set with opportunities to be flexible, if necessary, to accommodate personal needs.
