We are seeking an Associate to join our team at Lee’s Summit Animal Hospital North!
Our culture is unlike any other and we support a variety of practice styles and philosophies among the doctors which leaves room for autonomy in a respectful, supportive culture. As a new Associate, you will feel welcomed with opportunity to get quickly established due to the work of management and staff to build your clientele rapidly. We support all interests, i.e., exotics, mixed practice or an area of specialty. Mentoring is readily available in both a formal and informal setting. New graduates will be provided guidance and teaching while still leaving one’s independence to quickly build self-sufficiency.
Lee’s Summit Animal Hospital has been serving Lee’s Summit and the surrounding areas over 70 years. The North hospital started as a satellite location to serve a local boarding facility in 1992 and has grown to be a busy and thriving practice on its own. We have a deep connection to the community and there is a fantastic sense of client loyalty and relationships present. We have a great number of multi-generational clients and families. There are 11 doctors between the 2 practices, ranging in practice experience from 2 to 25+ years. The North hospital supports 2 full time and 1 part time doctor, along with an experienced team of registered veterinary technicians, assistants, and customer service representatives.
