Rockland Veterinary Care in Rockland County, NY is looking for a Veterinarian to join our amazing team full-time or part-time. New(er) grads are welcome to apply!All of our doctors have various areas of interest in veterinary medicine, including ultrasound (cardiac and abdominal), soft tissue surgery, and complex medicine cases and are happy to share their experience with you.
Rockland Veterinary Care is a group of 3 full service small animal hospitals in Rockland County - Pomona Animal Hospital, North Rockland Animal Hospital, and Hudson Valley Animal Hospital. All 3 of our locations are fully equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, surgery suites, and an in-house laboratory. We also have access to a board certified surgeon who comes in as needed for advanced surgeries and a sonographer who is available for ultrasounds and echocardiograms. We have experienced staff, including 5 licensed veterinary technicians, who enable our doctors to be efficient and well supported! We are a staple in the community, so we have many long term, well-educated clientele that are excellent about following recommendations and doing all that is necessary for their pets. All of our practices are located in Rockland County, NY, which is a great location for all ages. For those that enjoy the city life, Manhattan is only 35 minutes away. For those looking for a family friendly location, Rockland has outstanding schools, an extensive park system, several acclaimed healthcare facilities, and endless recreational activities. For the outdoor adventurists, there are plenty of places to hike in and around Rockland, including Hudson Valley, which is only 45 minutes away and contains 30 miles of the Appalachian Trail. After a long hike in Hudson Valley, you can schedule a wine tasting at one of the many wineries. Rockland County also contains the beautiful village, Nyack, which lies right along the Hudson River and has numerous restaurants to dine at.
