Position Overview:
We are seeking a Small Animal Veterinarian to join our growing practice. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions in cats and dogs. You’ll work alongside a talented team of veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional care in a relaxed and upbeat atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments for small animals.
• Diagnose and treat medical, surgical, and dental conditions.
• Perform soft tissue surgeries and dental COHATs.
• Work collaboratively with other veterinarians and support staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate pet owners on preventive care, treatment options, and health management.
• Support and contribute to the clinic’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and in-house laboratory for accurate assessments.
• Help manage and supervise the care of boarding, daycare, and grooming pets when needed.
Qualifications:
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Active veterinary license in Ohio (or ability to obtain licensure).
• Strong diagnostic skills and a passion for patient care.
• Excellent communication skills with both pet owners and staff.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
