Wallburg Animal hospital is privately owned. She started her dedication to small animal practice as a mobile veterinarian who traveled to meet her clients whenever she could. Fast forward a year and she planted roots right here in the historic town of Wallburg North Carolina. She has had her clinic open 9 years and since expanded her beautiful clinic to offer, not just veterinary care, but boarding as well. She has plans to continue to expand her practice as she loves being able to meet the needs of the clients.

A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
License in good standing to practice in NC
Commitment to practice to the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
Works collaboratively with hospital team members
Models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients
Commitment to ongoing educational development and growth
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive veterinary care, including diagnosis and treatment of various animal conditions.
- Perform emergency medical procedures and critical care as needed.
- Conduct thorough examinations, utilizing knowledge of animal anatomy and physiology.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding treatment plans and animal care.
- Handle animals safely and humanely, employing proper restraint techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with veterinary standards.
